How much Woodstock
Parody of the famous “how much wood would a woodchuck chuck”, with a Peanuts reference.
How much wood would a Woodstock stock
if a Woodstock would stock wood?
And how much wood would a Woodstock stock
if a Woodstock only could?
Now a Woodstock could make good and would,
but there ain't no reason why he should.
But how much wood would a wood stock
if a Woodstock would stock wood?
Similarly to the previous one, I've opted to base the parody on the refrain of The woodchuck song written by Robert Hobart Davis on music composed by Theodore F. Morse and sung by “Ragtime” Bob Roberts.
Why Woodstock? Because of the February 2, 1981 Peanuts comic strip, in which Snoopy realized that he got it wrong, and goes to tell Woodstock that it's not “ground hug” day,
